The proven success of Rockwood Adventures has everything to do with our great staff. Our Teen Travel Director, Spencer Borine, works year-round to plan the trips, meet with families and then oversees the trips during the summer.

Experience in working with children is a must for our counselors. We provide training and orientation sessions which are specific to the needs of a travel program. The result: people who appreciate and respect our teens and know how to have fun.
